Our event committees are task driven and exist to plan and execute events. For

5K Committee (Spring and Fall) Work
with a fun and dedicated team of 10-15 committee members to plan our
New Balance Girls on the Run 5K! Each committee member has the
opportunity to take on specific responsibilities including:
marketing, supplies, course, volunteers, and registration. The
committee is managed by a Chair and supported by a Staff Liaison.
Auction Committee Join
Girls on the Run's longest-standing committee and work with a group of
10-15 volunteers to plan the annual Ready, Set... Go! Girl Soiree &
Auction. Each committee member has the opportunity to take on specific
responsibilities such as procurement, program, decorations,
volunteers, logistics, etc.. There are opportunities to begin working
with the Chair on procurement up to a year in advance of the event.
