Join Girls on the Run of Puget Sound for a fun-filled community run/walk! This is the graduation 5K for our program participants. The run/walk is open to the community — women, men, children, leashed pets and all-terrain strollers welcome!
Parents: program participants do not need to register.
The post-5K celebration includes a festival of fun for the entire family!
Run for Fun, Run for Girls!
Not only are you going to have fun but you are supporting the future generation of runners and women. Show your inner-girl with your outer-wear! Dress in your most girl inspired outfits and be proud to run or walk like a girl!
The route is in beautiful Seward Park in southeast Seattle.
The Girls on the Run 5K is non-competitive and will not be timed. There will be a clock at the finish line for participants to check their time.
