Event Information

Community Run/Walk

Join Girls on the Run of Puget Sound for a fun-filled community run/walk! This is the graduation 5K for our program participants. The run/walk is open to the community — women, men, children, leashed pets and all-terrain strollers welcome!

Super Hero Theme

The theme of the Girls on the Run 5K is ‘Super Heroes.’ If you like to dress up, please do! Show your inner strength with your outerwear! Girls who complete our program find their own inner strength, or super power, that they call upon each and every day. At the Girls on the Run 5K, we view all participants as super heroes.

Route

The route is in Seward Park in southeast Seattle.

Timing

The Girls on the Run 5K is non-competitive and will not be timed. There will be a clock at the finish line for participants to check their time.
