GOTR 4 Grown-Ups #1

One of the things we hear the most from women in the community is that they wish they’d had a chance to experience a program like Girls on the Run as a young woman or even now, as an adult.

Now’s your chance!

This year, we’re offering THREE unique Girls on the Run for Grownups sessions that incorporate GOTR lessons and insights adapted for adults, fun and energizing group workouts, and tasty food and beverages to enjoy post-workout

Sessions will take place at various locations and times (see below for schedule) and are designed to leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and full of girl power! Bring some friends and join us for one session or multiple.


Who: Everyone! Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome. Register to join us for one session or multiple sessions throughout the next few months.

What: Each event includes a mini-GOTR lesson (adapted for adults), fun group workout, and tasty beverages and light snacks to enjoy post-workout while you socialize with other awesome GOTR supporters.

• Saturday, February 10th: 8:30-10:30am – Outdoor Bootcamp with Lori Lieske (West Seattle Stadium)
• Saturday, March 17th: 1:30-3:30pm – Barre 3 (Ballard)
• Friday, April 20th: 6:30-8:30pm – Sol Yoga (Leschi)

Why: The cost of registration will go directly toward scholarships for our Spring 2018 participants. Approximately 60% of girls who participate in Girls are the Run are supported by scholarships provided by our generous donors. The cost for one girl to participate in a GOTR season is $200. Your registration fee for this event goes a long way in helping more girls become strong, content, healthy and confident young women!

Cost: We encourage you to join us for as many sessions as you can!

Pricing is as follows:
• 1 session: $35
• 2 sessions: $65
• 3 sessions: $90
